Choose to remove Nether particles and reduce rain particles

Includes option slider!
Option 1:
No Nether Particles – Removes all floating particles from Nether Biomes but Overworld rain is vanilla

Option 2:
Reduced Rain – Reduces the amount of rain particles in the overworld when it’s raining but Nether particles aren’t affected

Option 3:
Both – Removes all floating particles from Nether Biomes and reduces rain particles in the overworld.
