About Racing Kit
This is a map which includes a fairly large racing track built in a flat world. Included is an add-on which is required for spawning the racing vehicles. They are basically small go karts which look like ships. The models are very detailed and look really nice. This map is best played with other players, so make sure to invite some friends! Once you’ve spawned everyone will be invisible, but that’s just to make the actual racing more immersive so don’t mind that for now. Each player must select a vehicle to use by pressing a button. Then enter the track, find your vehicle and mount it. iOS / Android: Long press on the vehicle and press Ride Windows 10: Right-click on the vehicle to mount it Make sure that you’ve got a carrot on a stick (retextured as a stick) in your inventory but don’t switch it to your active slot just yet. Wait for everyone to join, start a countdown and switch to the carrot on a stick in your inventory to get moving.
On the track players can trigger traps by passing over pressure plates. This can be used as a strategic advantage if used carefully, but it can also be your own detriment if you’re careless. There are no strict rules so make sure to settle on some before starting.
How to install Racing Kit
- Download the .zip file using the button on this page.
- Open the downloaded file with Minecraft Bedrock Edition.
- Wait for Minecraft to confirm that the import has completed.
- Select the imported world from the Minecraft world list.
- Back up important worlds before installing community content.
