King of Rats:
Defeat the rat king to get the power to summon rats,
once defeated he will drop his head which will give you the power to summon rats.
Rat King Head:
with the item in hand, hold the screen to summon
small rats that will protect you from any mob that attacks you:
Both the rats and the rat king will spawn in the caves..
It can be a little rare to find them, this can depend a lot on the lighting in the cave,
but know that if you find several rats around the cave, their king will be there too.
